Love this site, how flexible is this plugin with existing site and adapting to themes?

I’ve been looking for a Q&A plugin for wordpress for a few weeks now, researched about 5 of the top ones and used them all. This one popped up in a forum on Stack Overflow… looks pretty good but will it integrate well with an existing theme of mine. No funky fonts etc.

You may need some CSS modifications, but it should integrate pretty easily. Icons are using font icons so they should automatically match your theme too.
