Dear Sir, can you please tell me that if I have a project in mind that pays users for asking and answering question and answers how can I utilize it in the script. I can’t see any payment option or mode in it.

Captcha will be in the latest version, 1.1.4. It is a custom field so you can add to either questions or answers. You can add it to categories/tags submit form if you like too.
There is no payment option but that feature is planned for later versions.
